Just Between Friends Grand Rapids MEGA Kids Consignment Sale is a pop-up event attracting thousands of shoppers that are actively seeking out high-quality products for their families. Our events provide the opportunity for our families to have a positive, in-person experience with your brand. They happen twice a year and have been popping up for almost 15 years. We are established in the community and people wait in lines to come every single sale! 

Thinking of vending with us - and wondering WHY? This is awesome timing for people to stock up on gifts for teachers, co-workers, friends, & even those special Easter basket gifts & more! Moms are Busy… and we bring so many to this sale- making it a perfect time to stock up on ALL THE THINGS for the next 6 months! Whether it’s a gift for somebody or something special for mom & our shoppers as a “party favor” on their shopping day. We love supporting local business and hope that you would consider partnering with us. 

Welcome to our curated vendor/sponsor application.  Sponsor/Vendor spots are limited, but not guaranteed - so act fast.  Just because you may have submitted an application does not guarantee admittance.  All applications will be reviewed.  Each space will be preassigned before arrival and know that the floor can shift throughout the week. You will need to provide your own table(s) and chair for your space.  First come first served.

Sponsor and Vendor Options Below

Read carefully below as there are both sponsorship and vendor opportunities.  Some vendor options are for the weekend and others are daily.  For the vendors, there is an option of a booth space or a table space.  Again, you will need to provide your own table(s), table covers (that preferably go to the floor) and chairs.  You will receive more information upon registration.  We look forward to seeing you at the sale.

  • Engage with the JBF shoppers as your logo is featured on each purchased and claimed digital shopping ticket as a sponsor (over 6,000!) Display your company's max 4x8 banner at the entrance/exit for each shopper to see. This opportunity is exclusive - only one business each sale. The exclusive ticket sponsor is also welcome to have a vendor space throughout the event, at no additional cost. (Only 1 of these sponsors is available)

  • Your company is mentioned and hyperlinked in 2 emails (over 30k local subscribers) and 2 social media posts (over 24k followers) leading up to the sale. Display your company's max 4x8 banner at the entrance/exit for each shopper to see.

  • Sponsorship of the HOLD Area for the week: Your signage on display at our HOLD room. Provide samples and/or coupons for our team to distribute to anyone visiting the HOLD area. (Only 1 of these sponsors is available)

  • Provide bottles of water to our shoppers for the week.
    Branded label optional. Your signage/samples/coupons can be all around the "refresh" station. We provide the space, you provide the water and promotional materials for your company. (Only 1 of these sponsors is available)

  • Every sale, dozens of Moms request some privacy to feed their little ones. Your business will be the face of this room. Your business name will be promoted during the sale and we will add it to the front for all the shoppers to see that this room is available for use. We envision stocking it for the week with small snacks and water/hydration. You can choose to be here throughout the week or just let the room be used. A 4x8 foot size banner or less can be hung in the room along with promotional materials. (Only 1 of these sponsors is available)

  • Company banner displayed in a high traffic area for the duration of event. The banner will be in place for 4.5 shopping days. (you must provide the banner, 4x8 or under in size)

  • Be present most of the sale, Mar. 12 - 15. Location of your 8' table space will be based on when the spot is reserved. Tuesday - Friday during sale hours.

  • Be present most of the sale, March 12 - 15. Location of booth space will be based on when spot is reserved. All day Tuesday - Friday
